1978-present:  Educational Testing Service, Princeton, NJ--Assessment Designer. Responsibilities include primary test development responsibility for Advanced Placement Studio Art, 1984-present; scoring and rater training lead for NOTE PTC video-based teacher certification (in development);  primary researcher for ArtsPROPEL, 1986-1990; work on a variety of performance assessments and teacher certification projects.
